* For the Jun 2009 contract of Rubber, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (JPY 75,000) shall be required on and after May 26, 2009.
* For the Aug 2009 contract of Precious Metals (except Gold Mini, Gold Options and Platinum Mini), Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins shall be required as follows on and after June 26, 2009.
-Gold: JPY 105,000 for customer and proprietary positions
-Gold: JPY 105,000 for consigned member positions
-Silver: JPY 90,000 for customer and proprietary positions
-Silver: JPY 45,000 for consigned member positions
-Platinum and Palladium: the same as for the June 2009 contact.
* For the Jul 2009 contracts of Gasoline and Kerosene, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (Gasoline: JPY 180,000, Kerosene: JPY 180,000) shall be required on and after May 26, 2009.
