As of 15:38 Night session for today will be held as usual

The night session will be held following the normal schedule below:

As of 14:10 Day session to resume at 15:00
Although the cause of the problem remains unidentified, system connectivity is now restored to a normal condition. Therefore the session will resume following the schedule below:

We will give further notice on the cause of the problem once it has been identified.

If necessary, orders that were already placed can be corrected or cancelled between the start of order acceptance and the time at which the day session will resume. With this regards, please take any appropriate action.

The session remains suspended for all products since 11:35 due to connectivity issues affecting some Members.
We continue to investigate the cause of the problem.
Our apologies for the inconvenience caused to market participants.

As of 12:33
The session has been suspended for all products since 11:35 due to connectivity issues affecting some Members.
In order to investigate the cause of the problem, the router at the Exchange has been temporarily switched off.
Please note that this may cause some Members to be disconnected.

As of 11:30
The session is to be suspended for all products at 11:35 due to connectivity issues affecting some Members.
Further notice will be posted on the website when the schedule to resume trading will be set and once the cause of the problem has been identifies.

Connectivity problems arose at the shared network gateway at the Exchange since around 10:30 today (May 12).
The cause is currently being investigated.
