(1) Market Design Related
- Launch on schedule the next generation trading system, that offers the world’s highest level of performance and that fully meets international standards on trading functionality
- Adopt trading rules in line with international standards
- Improve the trading environment to boost market liquidity
(2) Listed Products
- Oil Market: Revitalize the Oil market, which has been suffering from a contraction in trading volume, by implementing measures that respond to the needs of the industry
- Precious Metals Market: Make efforts to establish this market as a primary source of earnings for the company
Rubber Market: Work to establish it as the global benchmark - New Products:?Whenever feasible, to list products which meet the needs of a diversity of market participants
(3) Market Participants
- Attract Futures Commission Merchants and market intermediaries, such as securities companies and commercials, by responding to their needs
- Facilitate the entry of a variety of market participants into the TOCOM market
- Work to reach new types of liquidity providers such as prop houses
The 120-Day Kick-Off Program
- Promote employee awareness on the transition from an exchange operating as a membership organization to a stock company aimed at increasing its corporate value
- Promote the reforms taking place at TOCOM to the general public at press conferences, briefings at TOCOM and other events
- Proceed on the preparations to launch the next generation trading system and revise our rules and regulations to provide greater convenience to market participants
- Intensify marketing to boost our trading volume and accomplish a V-shaped recovery
- Also, revitalize the Oil market, prepare for the listing of new products, collaborate with related markets, research the clearing function, etc.
